Seven Is On!

So our church leadership is going to attempt to duplicate the project done by Jen Hatmaker in her book "7".

This month, we are picking a limited number of foods that we will try to live with.  Some of us have chosen to pick 10.   Rather than having a breakdown where I end up crying, I chose ten (10) in addition to the "allowable salt, pepper and olive oil".   I had to have carbs on my list since I walk/run about 5-6 miles daily but I'll try to access them minimally.       :)

My items:

Brocolli
Carrots
Tomatoes
Potatoes
Rice
Pasta
Eggs
Honey
Bread
Turkey

I'll do an update after a week and I'll check in with some others on the progress.

Good luck to me.   I'll need it.
